Are emotional and reasoning thinking symmetrical in a moral decision-making ?
Posted in RESEARCH
When people make decisions in moral dilemmas, like trolley problem, are emotional and reasoning thinking symmetrically processed to make a final judgement? An oral presentation regarding behavioral data of the project was given at the Conference of the European Society for Cognitive Psychology. It was a 5-minutes blitz-talk but I received some quite interesting questions. The venue was generally relaxing and felt kind of like a party. Thought the long flight to europe was tiring, it was a very pleasant experience. (Liu Yu) URL:https://escop2023.org/
