202306.07 Personality traits related to psychological resilience (symposium presentation) Posted in RESEARCH

Among the eight factors of “power to live with disasters,” leadership, emotional regulation, and active well-being contribute significantly to psychological resilience, and the first two have been shown to be negatively correlated with brain responses related to automatic emotional regulation processes and death-related thought processes, respectively. The results of this study, "Exploring the neural correlates of resilient personality traits," were presented at the Tohoku - KU Leuven symposium held at KU Leuven (Leuven, Belgium), and its potential contribution to psychological first aid practice was discussed.
