In the future, self-driving car technology will advance. Fully automated self-driving cars will allow us to spend time like never before. Furthermore, with self-driving cars, car interior designs can be freely designed such as without pedals or steering wheels. These changes will make us construct new evaluation structures for car interior designs differently from existing cars.A factor analysis was performed to investigate the evaluation structure of self-driving car interior designs. This research was presented at the 36th annual meeting of the Japanese Cognitive Science Society (JCSS). (Toida)
