We investigated gender/generation differences in the evaluation structure on self-driving car interior designs. As a result, Kawaii (pretty) designs are especially popular with women in their 20's and 30's and choiwaru (rugged) designs are especially popular with men in their 60's. This research was published at the 15th Spring Annual Meeting of the Japan Society of Kansei Engineering (poster presentation was cancelled due to COVID-19). (Toida)
