202308.10 A Multifactorial Framework of Psychobehavioral Determinants of Coping Behaviors (Paper publication) Posted in RESEARCH

COVID-19 has greatly changed people’s lifestyles due to taking precautions and dealing with general adversity caused by infective prevention. Although many studies explore important factors that influenced coping behavior, currently there is no common model that separates coping behavior and risk perception. Moreover, a comprehensive picture of demographic, risk-perception, and psychobehavioral factors that influence the major coping-behavior factors remains to be elucidated. In this study, we identified four coping behaviors and three risk perception factors and examined important demographic, risk perception, and psychobehavioral factors that contribute to these coping behavior factors. The research paper "A Multifactorial Framework of Psychobehavioral Determinants of Coping Behaviors: An Online Survey at the Early Stage of the COVID-19 Pandemic" has been published in the journal Frontiers in Psychiatry.
