Language and communication
Humans create a society through communication, and language is its powerful tool to convey feelings and move people. Elucidation of the neural bases of these functions and their acquisition is expected to contribute to understanding humanity and to educational applications.
The 16th Human Brain Science Seminar was held as follows. This year's Human Brain Science Seminar invites world-leading researchers in the field of cognitive neuroscience and has three academic objectives: understanding the latest research, promoting international collaborations, and presenting young researchers' research, and providing education for graduate students. We had planned a seminar to discuss human-specific cognition under the broad themes of learning, emotion, and predictive coding. (Jeong)
