Human brain science for the future
Super aging society, increasing disasters, and ‘smart’ society to come; how do these environmental and social changes affect our lives and values? From the perspective of cognition and brain science, we aim to make proposals on the future of human life, technology and society.

In today’s society, where artificial intelligence (AI) is widely prevalent, diverse usage patterns can be observed—ranging from dependency to complementary use, or even resistance. However, the classification of these tendencies and the differences between groups remain unclear.
In this study, we focus on emotional decision-making, using brain activity modulated by the presence or absence of AI support, as well as questionnaire and behavioral data, to classify and compare these tendencies.
During my presentation, I received numerous valuable suggestions, which provided an important opportunity to re-examine my own research. Building on this experience, I am determined to further refine the study and develop it into a meaningful and impactful contribution.
