Although we experience various emotional events in daily life, we do not remember all of them. Eight months follow-up study showed that negative memory fades faster than positive memory. In addition, we revealed that the individual difference of this tendency is associated with hippocampal activity. I gave a poster presentation at the Organization for Human Brain Mapping. (Oba)
