202012.02 Brain activity predicts future learning success in second language listening (Paper Publication) Posted in RESEARCH

The title of the published paper in Brain and Language is "Brain activity predicts future learning success in intensive second language listening training". The results suggest that pre-listening activity (e.g., reading listening scripts) improves our future listening skills by enhancing the integration of prior knowledge and sensory input. The current research contributes to the understanding of neural mechanisms underlying an effective method of learning L2 listening. (Jeong)
