What psycho-behavioral characteristics show strength in the process of recovery from disaster? A survey of survivors from the Great East Japan Earthquake revealed that "leadership" works positively in the housing-recovery element, and "emotion regulation" and "active well-being" work positively in the well-being element of recovery.
