Psychological time differs from physical time (Poster presentation)

When a voluntary movement produces a sensory feedback, movement and feedback are perceived as closer together in time. Notably, stimuli triggered by voluntary movements are perceived as occurring earlier in time, and movements producing sensory feedbacks are perceived as occurring later in time. This phenomenon is called "intentional binding". To easily measure IB effect, we developed an experimental device.
