Safety x Brain Science - For effective learning from safety cases -

In order to maintain a high level of safety of complex systems such as aviation, railways, healthcare, and power supply, it is essential to learn from both failure and success cases. However, despite the saying "One man's fault is another's lesson", it can often be difficult to learn from safety cases, that is, others' experiences.In this symposium, researchers and field engineers participated, discussing human minds and behaviors that hinder or promote learning from case studies.
