Which is the best situation? Social Presence Pressure and Cultual Personality (Presentation and Awards )

We have many works in our lives. But alone, with others, or being watched, which situation is the best for our works?
In this study, we investigated the other presence during cognitive tasks and the worker's cultual personality, focusing on the possibility that the infulence of other presence may be different depending on cultual backgrounds.And oral presentation was given at "The 5th Coregulating Social Brain Group(CSBG)" in Hakone-Yumoto, Japan.
This was a wonderful oppotunity that many people came from various fields and got to know each other with discussing, meals, and hot springs.
And this presentation also received the Encouragement Award. (Kei Takahashi)
