Brain Science for Surviving as a Human Being (Special Lecture)
Posted in RESEARCH
The human brain consists of multiple layers of internal schemas that allow us to interact with a variety of environments (the physical environment, specific people in our surroundings, and the broader conceptual social environment) and generate adaptive action plans for the future. I gave a special lecture at the 39th Congress of the Tokyo Physical Therapy titled "Brain Science for Surviving as a Human Being: The Many Faces of Self-Cognition from the Body to Society." (Sugiura)
