202110.09 Measuring the quality of customer support Posted in RESEARCH

In order to provide consumers with a high level of customer support(Delivery service, telephone support, etc.) provided when purchasing products at consumer electronics retailers, companies need to continuously monitor and improve their customer support quality.This study attempts to develop a measure of customer support quality.
