201907.05 NEURAL CORRELATES OF JAPANESE HONORIFIC EXPRESSIONS (ORAL PRESENTATION) Posted in RESEARCH

Japanese honorific expressions are known as grammaticalized honorification, which apply certain linguistic forms to mark the social relations between interlocutors. However,  less is known about how the brain process honorific expressions during communication. I presented our study about the neural correlates of Japanese honorific expressions at the Japanese Society for Language Sciences 21st Annual International Conference (JSLS2019) (Cui).
